This contest is open to all residents of Kwazulu Natal who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of StoneCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Qualifying purchases must be made between 10.06.2024 and 16.06.2024. The winner will be announced on Monday 17.06.2024 on StoneCo’s social media platforms.
The winner will receive a Braai Set (Utensils, Braai Board with Spice Holders, StoneCo Apron, and R200 to the local Butchers). The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. StoneCo will notify the winner via phone and email. If the winner does not respond within one day, another winner may be selected.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
StoneCo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest or any part of it if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
StoneCo is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Durban.
