Supply and workshop

Stone supply and workshop support for the trade

Material and specialist workshop support for the work your team delivers. We supply slabs, pre-cut blanks and fabricated stone parts to kitchen companies, joiners, shopfitters and fabricators in KwaZulu-Natal, with the remaining work, collection or delivery agreed for your job.

We check condition and handling first.

Choose the format that suits your workshop

Buy the material at the stage you need it. A slab leaves fabrication with your team; a blank still needs the agreed finishing; a finished component is prepared to the approved detail. Your quote sets out those boundaries.

Formats and the remaining workshop work

Sizes and formats vary by product.
We check which formats your product comes in. A pre-cut blank may still need cutting or finishing, and your quote says who does each remaining step.

Which stone do you need?

We supply natural and engineered stone. Ask about current availability for your product.
Catalogue sizes and colours are selection references, not a live stock list.
We check the exact product's technical data for your application.
The range name alone does not settle the specification. Add the thickness, finish and intended use so the exact product can be considered for the part you are making.

What our workshop can do

We do saw cutting, waterjet shaping and edge finishing. We match the method to your material and drawing.
Tell us what stays with your workshop or fitter. Mark each edge as visible, joined or left unfinished.
Workshop support can cover a single operation or a finished component. Use the drawing to agree the boundary between our work and yours, including any fitting, final adjustment or finishing that remains with your team.

The right method for the detail

Straight sizing, shaped cutting and edge finishing serve different purposes. Send the part drawing and identify the visible faces, joined edges and openings so we can discuss the workshop operations your job needs.

Workshop support for your own stone

If you have already sourced the slab, share its product name, thickness, dimensions and photos. Condition, handling and suitability for the proposed detail are reviewed before we accept the material.

Working with stone you supply

Material and condition review
Send the material details, dimensions and condition so we can assess it for the work.
Our quote covers the workshop work, not the stone. We accept a slab after checking its condition and handling. If it already has damage or hidden defects, we talk it through first.
Fitting and product warranty
Fitting, and any warranty on stone you supply, are discussed separately.

A brief your workshop can build from

Keep the drawing, part references and quantities together. Show finished dimensions in millimetres and distinguish left-hand from right-hand parts. This gives both workshops a common reference for the work and handover.
To get started. Material, thickness, quantities, rough sizes, location and work needed.
Before we cut. Final drawing, part references, visible faces, edges and cut-outs.
For handover. Collection, delivery or installation.

Drawing detail and handover arrangements

Drawing and part references
A sketch is enough to start.
We cut from your final drawing, with dimensions in millimetres. It shows quantities, part references, pattern direction, joint positions, cut-outs and edge finish.
Give left- and right-hand parts separate references and show the finished face. Number pieces to match the cut list, and tell us who accepts the final detail.
Collection, delivery and fitting
Collection, delivery and fitting arrangements are confirmed per job.
For collection, tell us the vehicle, the handling needs and who will receive the stone. For delivery, we need the address and any off-loading or lifting limits.
For installation, you provide the support details and have the site and other trades ready. Your quote records packaging, handover, delivery and installation.

Agree the handover before fabrication

The handover point matters as much as the cut list. Tell us who receives the pieces, how they will be transported and whether installation stays with your fitter or forms part of our scope.

Collection

Packaging and the handover point are set for your job.

Delivery

We plan transport and site access with you.

Installation

We provide installation as part of your agreed project.

The scope recorded for handover

Your quote lists what we supply, make and install, and what's left to other trades.

Trade supply questions

Yes. Tell us who measures, who accepts the final drawing and who installs. Your quote records those roles before we cut.
Send us one corrected drawing and cut list. Point out the difference so we can settle sizes and quantities in writing.
Yes, enquire with the earlier job reference. We check the dimensions, current availability and the visual match you need.
Yes. Ask for slabs, pre-cut blanks or finished parts for your own fitter. We check the product choice and collection or delivery for your job.

Bring us the part and the handover plan

Share the material, drawing, quantities and operations you need. Tell us what stays with your workshop and whether the components will be collected, delivered or installed.
