Dekton is Cosentino's ultracompact surface, made by compacting and sintering mineral particles. It is a different material family from engineered quartz countertops. For a worktop, vanity or wall panel, check the chosen product's thickness, finish and installation requirements before settling the design.

We supply, cut and fit Dekton in Durban and across KZN. We work with homeowners, kitchen companies, builders and project teams, with no minimum job size.

For a kitchen worktop or island, consider the slab layout alongside the colour. A waterfall end, sink opening and visible joint each need planning before cutting. Bring a rough sketch and your sink and hob details if you have chosen them.

Dekton can also be considered for vanity tops and slab cladding. A wall panel needs its own thickness, substrate and fixing assessment; it is not simply a worktop turned upright. Tell us whether the space is indoors, outdoors or a braai area so the selected product and installation can be checked.
